Shipping cost

All orders cost $6.99.

 

Processing time

Usually 1-3 business days, depending on order quantity, stock availability and delivery location of the order. We do not process and ship orders on weekends.

 

Shipping & Delievery time

Typical delivery time for US orders is 7-15 business days from shipping as normal. However, it may take longer depending on the courier speed, due to courier delays and exceptions. Once shipped, you will be notified of the tracking number(s) and other shipment updates via our system notification email and contact email.

 

Main shipping method

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

 

Lost orders

In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the delivery provider to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

 

Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled up to 24 hours after placing. Please email support@eichmann for any immediate changes or cancellation requests. Once your order has been processed, we will not be able to modify the content of your order.
