Return policy

We accept return within 15 days of goods delivered.

Eligible for returns

Defective or damaged item:

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact our Customer Support Team at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and provide a replacement product or a full refund.

Incorrect item:

In case you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the incorrect product and we will send you the correct item immediately.

Unopened and unused product:

If you wish to return an unopened and unused product for reasons other than those listed above, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. You may return the product for a refund and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Return process

Initiate the return process by emailing [email protected] . Please include your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and any relevant photos.

Return Approval and Authorization:

Our Customer Support Team will review your request and, if eligible, we will notify you.

Return shipping:

Carefully package the product in its original packaging, including the box and all stuffing. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

 

Refund

Refund process

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within a certain number of days, usually 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if any)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account first. In case of payment by PayPal, please check your PayPal balance. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
